POST-TREATMENT CARE

- Do NOT lie down for 4 hours after your Botox treatment. 
- It can take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for results to be seen. 
- Do NOT perform activities involving straining, heavy lifting, or vigorous exercise for 6 hours after treatment. This will keep the Botox in the injected area and not elsewhere. 
- Avoid extensive sun or heat for 72 hours. 
- Avoid consuming excess amounts of alcohol or salts to avoid excess swelling. 
- Consume pineapple juice to avoid bruising.
- Don’t undergo facial/laser treatments or microdermabrasion after Botox injections for at least 10 days.
- Take a break from makeup for 24 hours.
- Don't touch the treated area in 24 hours.
- To achieve the best result, a maintenance botox injection is recommended in 3-4 months.

- Avoid touching the treated area for a minimum of 6 hours.
- Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water.
